AlfaClub Latvia is inviting alfisti from Finland to participate in our main summer event - AROMS 2018
As you might know, Latvia is celebrating it's centenary this year and our club is celebrating it's 15th birthday, so we decided that AROMS will be a 3 day event this year.
Starting on Friday evening in Riga, the event will take us to Cēsis region for the rest of the weekend.
Event schedule:
August 10
- From 17:30 gathering at event start in Riga (precise location will be revealed a few weeks before the event)
- 18:00 Start of the first challenge
- 19:00 beginnig of the night AROMS, heading out in direction of Cēsis
- Later that evening - Alfisti join at a dinner table for a late snack
- Conversations and dancing as long as you want
August 11
- 12:00 Breakfast
- 14:00 Second day tourism challenge start
- Later that evening - alfisti dinner
- Discussing club history and sharing stories about cars, people and events
- Conversations and dancing till dawn
Augusts 12
- Lazy morning awakening and breakfast, enjoying Sunday afternoon
Requirements for participation:
- Alfa Romeo automobile
- Pen and a photo camera/mobile phone with a camera
- Mobile Internet connection is not mandatory, but might come in handy
- Team of at least 2 people
- Appropriate clothing for outdoor activities
- additional 5 EUR (for each adult team member) for entry fees in some locations
Event participation fee and registration:
For registrations until 5th of August:
- 55 EUR per participant, sleeping in double rooms (6 rooms available)
- 35 EUR per participant, sleeping in a lower comfort area - in a common room above the party place.
- 20 EUR per participant, sleeping in own tent.
For registrations after 6th of August, participation fees increase by 10 EUR per participant!
Discounts:
• AlfaClub Latvia club member team discount 10 EUR
• For children that do not require an additional bed, participation is free of charge
We recommend bringing your children and significant others - it's going to be fun for everyone!
Entry fee includes: participation in event, sleeping arrangements, dinner costs.
